Machinists

Machinists use tools, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to produce precision metal parts. They are responsible for monitoring the machines and the quality of their output. Machinists create one-of-a-kind parts for prototypes or testing or oversee mass production using computer-controlled machines.
